Track and Field makes mark at States

5.18.08 - Congratulations to the varsity team, who represented Damien in four event finals at the State Track and Field Championships held at Mililani High School. ILH champ Jonathan Padron finished second in the 100m run, the 4x100m relay team took third, Benson Ma'afala placed 6th in the Shot Put, and Kamakana Tataipu earned 7th place in the Discus. [ More ]

5.15.08 - Congratulations to all those honored at the Athletics Awards assembly. The Father Damien - Monarch Award was awarded to Shelden "Kama" Bailey and Nathan K. Tehada won the Brother Thomas B. Regan Scholar-Athlete Award. [ More ]

Padron wins ILH 100m dash title

5.10.08 - Jonathan Padron won the 100m dash at the ILH Track and Field Championships with a time of 11.31. Damien placed 6th overall. [ More ]

Seniors end volleyball season with win

5.7.08 - The varsity volleyball team beat Maryknoll on "Senior Night" in three sets, 24-26, 25-23, 25-20, rallying to win the last two games after dropping the first.

Wally Aina named interim head football coach

4.23.08 - Athletic Director Wally Aina will be the interim head coach for the coming football season. His son, Punahou Aina, will take over for the 2009 season. [ More ]
