Congratulations to the now 2x's Greco 96kg Junior National Champion - Marcus Finau (NYAC). The 2010 Damien graduate has won himself a second Junior National Championship title after defeating Brandon Rivera (Team Overtime) this weekend in Colorado Springs, Colo.  Finau, who advanced directly to the Championship Series after winning the 2012 FILA Junior Nationals, needed just two bouts to earn areturn trip to the FILA Junior World Championships. Finau did not allow a point, stopping Brandon Rivera of Team Overtime/USOEC, 2-0, 1-0 in the opening bout and 5-0, 2-0 in the second bout.  Marcus will now head to Akron, Ohio to compete for the University National Championship Title next weekend and then head back home to Hawaii for a week of R&R before going back to the Olympic Training Center to prepare for the Junior Worlds Tournament which will be held in Pattaya, Thailand.
