Remembering: The Day of Infamy

Damien Memorial School student body and faculty stood at a moment of silence looking over Pearl Harbor at 7:55 a.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2017. Marking 75 years to the minute when the first Japanese war planes filled the skies on Dec. 7, 1941.

A short program led by the Damien Color Guard, Quinn Fukawa 21' performing Taps and a prayer service by Mr. Jeramiah Carter, Caleb Burnett 17' and Courtnee Elento 18'.

As students and faculty walk back to the classrooms, it is instructive to remember to pay respect for those who sacrificed, honor their bravery of this epic event.
