Facts-Homepage.png

To receive instructions on how to complete a FACTS application for financial aid, all prospective families must first submit an application for admission.

In that process, if you select “Yes” to receive information, instructions will be sent to you as soon as applications are being accepted. After a FACTS application is submitted, the FACTS team will review the application and uploaded documents and provide the Damien team with a recommendation to review.

Please be prepared to submit the following required documentation for all earners to be processed on an annual basis:

  • 2023 W-2 Forms for all current jobs

  • Recent pay stub (one required, two recommended for hourly income that varies frequently)

  • 2022 tax returns: 1040, 1040EZ, 1040A, etc. **

**If your income has changed in the last year, it is highly recommended that you expedite your 2023 taxes and submit your 2023 tax returns.

  • Most recent business tax returns (if applicable): 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.

  • Supplemental income documentation: SNAP benefit statements, Social Security income, etc.

For a student to maintain financial aid, they must keep a 2.0 GPA, which is verified annually.
