Damien offers a wide range of athletic opportunities at the varsity, junior varsity, and intermediate levels. Student-athletes compete in sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, tennis, canoe paddling, golf, bowling, track and field, cross country, cheerleading, and judo. As part of the Interscholastic League of Honolulu (ILH) and Catholic School League, Damien teams compete with pride while representing the Monarch community across Hawaiʻi.
