At Damien Memorial School, we review each applicant with care, considering academic performance, character, and potential to contribute to our school community. To keep the process smooth, we encourage families to submit required documents on time and use the Damien Parent Portal to track progress and upload materials digitally. What grade levels does Damien Memorial School serve?

Damien accepts students in grades 6–12.

What materials are required to complete an application?

Applicants are asked to submit academic transcripts, standardized test scores (if available), a teacher recommendation, and a personal essay. A checklist is available once you create your admissions portal login.

Can families visit campus before applying?

Yes! We encourage families to schedule a student-led campus tour or attend our Admissions Open House in the fall.

When can I apply for admissions?

Applications for the 2026–2027 school year open on September 2, 2025.

Does Damien require an entrance exam?

No, Damien does not require an entrance exam at this time. However, if an applicant does not have a recent standardized test score to submit, they may be asked to take an entrance exam through an approved third-party provider, at their own expense.

Is financial aid available?

Yes. Damien offers need-based financial aid through FACTS. Families must submit the financial aid application and supporting documents by the published deadlines.

Is there an application deadline?

Yes, the priority deadline to complete the application is November 30, 2025. The deadline to submit required documents is January 31, 2026. Applications received after that date will be considered on a space-available basis.

What is the admissions process like?

Damien takes a holistic approach, reviewing each applicant’s academic history, personal strengths, interests, and potential contributions to our school community.

When will admissions decisions be released?

Decisions are typically released in March, with financial aid notifications following shortly after.
