Message From IT Department: Apple Device Pick-Up

MESSAGE TO STUDENTS

Damien Memorial School Apple device Early Pickup/Distribution will be starting on Monday, July 21 - Friday, July 25 between 8:00am-1:00pm. You must sign up online and pick a specific time slot (Max 25 students per time slot). All pick up time will start on top of the hour.

All students must be present to pick up and sign for their Damien issued iPad and accessories. Please arrive 15 min before your appointment. Students who arrive late will have to wait for the next session. There will be a 30 min refresher on our school’s Acceptable Use Policy for the hardware and Internet on campus, as well as help with passwords (iPad, Schoology, Damien Email, Microsoft Office).

All students picking up must have the following:

1. Up to date with school registration and Technology Fee agreement for the 2025-26 school year.

2. A backpack to carry the iPad, charger and pencil (no bag, no device).

3. Cleared of any financial obligations with the business office.

NOTE: This is an early pickup before school starts. Please sign up 24 hours before pickup date/time to allow ample time to set up and coordinate for distribution.  If you are unable to make an appointment, the Apple iPad distribution will also be scheduled during specified religion classes the first week of school.
