It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m extremely proud of your hard work, growth, and dedication over the years. I hope to see all of you out for track season. Staying active in the off-season really makes a big difference. You don’t have to run every day. Running even 3-4 times a week is enough to maintain your progress and keep improving.
